PATTAYA TROPICAL VILLAGE - PHASE 2

1. MONTHLY FEE - RULES
ค่าส่วนกลางประจำเดือน

The maintenance fee is 1,000 baht per month.

The committee asks the residents to pay the fee:
before the 1st of January for the months January, February, March, April, May, June.
before the 1st of July for the months of July, August, September, October, November, December.

If residents don't pay their fee on time, the committee has insufficient operating funds.
In that case, some facilities will be suspended. In this order:

1. Street Light.
2. Guards at the gate.
3. Swimming Pool and Children Play ground.
4. Rubbish Collection Service.

ค่าสวนกลางจำนวน 1,000 บาทต่อเดือน

คณะกรรมการถามให้ลุกบ้านจ่ายค่าส่วนกลาง ก่อน เดือนมกราคม,กุมภาพันธ์,มีนาคม,เมษายน,พฤษภาคม,มิถุนายน, กรกฏาคม,สิงหาคม,กันยายน,ตุลาคม,พฤศจิกายน,ธันวาคม.
ถ้าสมาชิกลูกบ้านไม่จ่ายค่าส่วนกลางตรงเวลา คณะกรรมการอาจจะต้องทำการงดให้บริการดังต่อไปนี้

1. ไฟทาง
2. พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยบริเวณป้อมยาม
3. สระว่ายน้ำและเครื่องเล่นเด็กสนาม
4. บริการเก็บขยะ

Notice 1 :The house numbers 65 ,66 ,71 ,72 ,75 ,76 ,78 ,80 ,91 ,97 ,105 ,106 ,107 ,108 ,120 ,121 ,125 ,126 ,134 ,145 ,146 ,150 ,155 ,156 ,159 ,160 ,163 ,172 ,174 ,176 ,180 ,181 ,183 ,186 , did not pay for the month of March, the bluetooth devices will be deactivated on 9 days , and the reactivation will be charged 100 baht/card

Notice 2 :The house numbers 65 ,78 ,97 ,106 ,108 ,120 ,125 ,126 ,134 ,145 ,150 ,155 ,159 ,163 ,172 ,174 ,176 ,183 ,186 , which did not pay the extra 300 (2016), The fee in 3 month or longer, then the following action will be taken.

- Rubbish Collection Service - Suspended
- Bluetooth for Entry/Exit - Cancelled
- The house in the Land Office – Blocked
- The house will be in court case
