Yesterday we organized an EGM
49 Residents attended the meeting.
Our residents voted for a new committee member. Her name is Pakaphorn Kulnithapatr (Apple)
She got 41 votes.
We also informed our residents about the new swimming pool that a company is making.
The chairman of Phase 1 asked us why we didnt vote to give back the ground of the swimming pool of Phase 1 to them.
There are two reasons:
1. The committee of Phase 1 didnt send to us a letter to ask it back.
2. There were not 62 residents on the meeting, so that we could vote legally for that.
Yesterday evening there was a short circuit (small fire) at the security box.There was no electricity for few hours. The lights, barrier system and CCTV cameras record out of action and everything are working now. We have to rewire in the future.
This morning there was an accident. A motor bike hit the barrier.The barrier system is not working properly. Next week the company will fix this problem.

1. Housing Member or a Members Spouse.
2. The Legal representatvice, guardian or curator of any Member who is incapacitated or otherwise incapable of representing themselves.
3. Director or Legal Agent of a Thai Company, if the said Thai Company is in fact a Housing Member whereby the Company owns Allocated Land within the Village.
