REIMBURSEMENT/จ่ายเงินคืน
As informed, Last year in the General meeting 2015 all the costs of the perimeter wall along a private home, are first paid by the owner of that house. Also these costs will be reimbursed as much as possible, as soon as we receive monthly the money of the residents.
The residents from 142/133 (soi 16),142/88,142/103 (soi 11),142/134 (soi 14), 142/119 (soi 11),142/144 (soi 14), 142/154 (soi 12), 142/155 (soi 10), 142/167 (soi 8) come to the office to receive for the last part of the money that they paid the costs of the perimeter from the village.
Thank you for all the residents who have paid the extra 300 bath comment

The last part, between Soi 8 and Soi 6 is in program/
We have negotiated with the Tessabaan about the wall between Soi 6 and Soi 8, to help us so that water cannot go anymore under the street. These works cost hundreds of thousands of baht, and therefore the committee has no money.
The Tessabaan has given the formal commitment that they will perform the work along the outside of he wall.
We think that the work will begin soon, because a few days ago, one of the bosses of the Tessebaan has been here to talk with one of the landowners, to ask if there machines may pass there.comment

Thank you to Khun Phranee gave extra children playgroud/ขอขอบคุณ คุณ ปราณี สอาดรัมภ์ สำหรับสนับสนุนเครื่องเล่นเด็กสนาม
During the 2nd Extra Meeting of Phase 2 in August , our resident Khun Phranee promised the residents:
"If Phase 2 build our own swimming pool finished is , I will sponsor children playground".
Khun Phranee didn't forget these words and keep her promise.
She gave 50,000 baht to the committee.comment
