According to the General Meeting 1/2017 on Sunday, 30 April and The following Rule and regulations (Green book) of Pattaya Tropical Housing Juristic Person Phase II section (4) The Committee and the Committees Meeting Article (15)
The Committee consists of a Committee Chairman/person and a Committee of at least five persons but with no more than seven persons who are to be elected by the majority vote and resolution of a General Meeting.
The Pattaya Tropical Housing Juristic Person Phase II is 6 persons (acting/duty) as followed.

ตามที่ได้ประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปีเมื่อวันที่ ๓๐ เมษายน ๒๕๖๐ มีการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดใหม่เสร็จสิ้นเรียบร้อยแล้ว และได้มีมติในที่ประชุมใหญ่แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดใหม่ อย่างเป็นทางการตามข้อบังคับและคู่มือระเบียบการเข้าอยู่อาศัยของนิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรร หมวดที่ ๔ ข้อ ๑๕ คณะกรรมการประกอบด้วย ประธานกรรมการ ๑ คน และกรรมการอีกไม่น้อยกว่า ๕ คน แต่ไม่เกิน ๗ คน ซึ่งได้รับการเลือกตั้งโดยมติที่ประชุมใหญ่ ดังนั้นจึงแต่งตั้งกรรมการชุดใหม่มีดังต่อไปนี้ ได้ทำการแต่งตั้งกรรมการดำรงตำแหน่งที่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่างๆ ดังนี้

Mrs. Sirirat Carrol was the meeting chairperson and the list of attending House 20 Owners (and 22 Proxy Holders): Total of 42 from 123 houses. As required the meeting there must preferable be in attendance at least one quarter of the total number of Housing Members.

Chairman informed during the meeting that the committee term 2 years will be finished on 30th May, 2017. Therefore the meeting was opened to find candidates from the proposed house members.
