COMMITTEE MEETING

Present: Tiu – Eugeen – Jib – Apple

1. Budget
The committee has made the budget for the year 2017.
During the general meeting (18 December 2016), we will ask approval of the residents.

2. Water outside the village
During the storm last week, we noticed that the perimeter wall is strong enough to hold the water, but now the water comes in the village via the drainage pipes.

Because of the pressure of the water, some drainage covers were lifted up in Soi 10 and again much water flowed via Soi 10 to the Main street and Soi 11. The road surface of one lane in Soi 10 came 2,5 cm up.

Eugeen’s proposal is to close the connection pipes between the water basin and Soi 10 and Soi 12, to avoid tsunamis in the future.

The committee decided to contact Mr Pramoot to discuss this new problem with him and to ask if the Tessabaan can close the pipes. If not, we will do it ourselves.

3. Electricity
The past weeks we had two problems with the streetlight in our Main street. Every time it seemed there was some sabotage. Jib will contact the Tessabaan and we will ask for our own meter.

4. Swimming Pool
The company will start making the border.

5. Residents who refused to pay the 300 baht monthly in 2016
Two residents of Phase 2 refuse to pay the 300 baht extra every month, voted by the residents during the general meeting end 2015.

During the general meeting (18 December) we will ask the residents of Phase 2 to vote:
. OR: Ok, those two residents don’t have to pay.
. OR: The committee has to bring the two residents to the court and will ask the 3600 baht + interest + lawyer costs.

6. Cards barrier main street
Some residents ask us why some residents have a card for the barrier in the main street.
We will inform the residents that we don’t know how they got that card, and that they use the card illegal.

7. General meeting
The next general meeting is on Sunday 18 December 16:00 (start)

SWIMMING POOL PHASE 2 (Update)/สระว่ายน้ำอัพเดรต

On the 20th of this month, the pool company will start making the border around the swimming pool. These works will take 2,5 weeks. When that is finished our residents can use the pool already.

Bluetooth card, Rubbish Collection Service will be Suspended for house no 142/99, 142/168 and 142/171 which did not pay the maintenance fee for month of July , August and September 2016
