New camera wifi at the end of Soi 7/ติดตั้งกล้อง wifi บริเวน ท้ายซอย 7



Few days ago, in the middle of the night there was intruder climbed over the wall and enter the house number 142/71 where an area borders. The committees realized that with the limited of regular expense we can not add more the number of the security guard. So, The committee made the decisions to install the camera at the bottom of the village. and How?

In the past year was not working with the cable wire with distance more than 300 meters (see the picture). The house owner offered to provide WiFi connnection and electrical so that the village can place the camera free of charge.

In the year coming which be fully operational the security issue. There are some place (top and border village) would provide HD camera with WiFi plugin and monitoring real-time with smartphone android or IOS.

Make the fence/ทำแนวกั้นสนามฟุตบอล



Few days ago there were many residents complained about the children play the football. Today, we made the fence with nylon to keep the ball in the football area.

Make the strengthen perimeter wall soi 7/เสริมความหนากำแพงซอย7



As approved by the AGM 2018 agenda Planning project 2018. Today, the company started making the strengthen perimeter wall soi 7 inside of the house no 71. Outside have too much water after the Tessabaan connected the drain from Nern Pub Wan Road and the land inside the wall was subsidence.

Today we have the committee meeting with 2 phase I and II. The agenda was hand-over the Land Title Deed 189929 (Swimming pool) to the committee of phase I.

AGENDA 1: Chairperson open the meeting

AGENDA 2: Maintenance, Repair and Improvement Works 2017

From the last we could realize few things during the last year maintaining, repairing and improving our village:

1. The year 2016 we asked every house owner to pay the extra 300 bath and from the last budget we reserved for strengthening the perimeter wall on the last past running soi6-8 almost 90 meters long and we have done also the past of Tessabaan road 8 meters between Phase I and II, we have seen from the 2 last heavy rain that the water could not through our village anymore.

2. We made chain link fence (created by Coated PVC) to make the arrangement from the pool and the football field.

3. We made the floor with none-slip tiles surround the swimming pool and place also a hand-rail especially for old and invalid people. Now our pool completely finished.

4. We repainted the inside perimeter wall surround the pool and football field

6. We installed the exercise machine for our residents.

7. We improved every soi the street lights to LED system (No need the starter, ballast) and also save a lot of energy.

8. We installed the spare tank and pump for using surround the pool (Toilet and shower).

9. From the financial works during last year the committee could collect the maintenance fee from the year before house no.75, 91 and 125 and still have to receive another debt 30,000 baht

I think our committee has realized this year many things for the good of our village. We know that it is difficult to do good for everyone, but we hope that most of our residents will appreciate these results.

AGENDA 4 Budget 2018
As promised last 2 year, the monthly maintenance fee in 2018 will be 1000 baht. This money will be used to pay the regular costs and do some improvement works for the village See budget 2018

AGENDA 5 Planning projects

1. The drainage is very important to clean the drainage system in our village. On 20 January 2018 Company removed a lot of bags more than 650 full of debris Drainage cleaning. All the Soi 8-16 was cleaned.

2. Making strengthening the perimeter wall soi7 (part of House 71) see photo

3. According to the repairing of the perimeter walls from 2016, there are some weak points that the water pressure can go through, the committee made the decision to make the extra protecting of the wall soi8 and soi10 (part of street) see photo

AGENDA 6 Other issue (asking to share costs or remove from the Land Title Deed 189929)

The committee received the letter from the committee of phase 1

As everyone knows since year 2013 we are ownership of swimming pool, but form last 2 year 2016 we built our own swimming pool here and we never use that swimming pool is located on phase 1 land. So, the committee made the decision to not share any cost with phase 1 as request from the letter.

To make 100% correct we went to the Land Office to ask advice from the Senior Land Officer. read more

Stop playing the football temperary/งดเล่นชั่วคราว



The resident 142/121 complained about the fence was broken by the ball. For this time we are not allowed the kids play the football game before we found who will response this damaged.

Water problem in our village/ปัญหาเรื่องน้ำประปาไม่ไหลหรือไหลอ่อน



Few residents were complained about the water problem in our village. Sometimes had no water that why the committee installed the spare tank surround the pool.
Yesterday our chairman (Tew) went to provincial waterworks authority and inform about this big problem. Later in the same day engineer and technicians from the department came and fixed the problem.
