Today our friend Mr. Pramote, an important person from the Tessabaan, came to Phase 2.
He congratulated us with the construction of our office.
HARD ACTION OF PHASE 1
Residents of Phase 1 also have to pay 1300 baht monthly. But there are also in Phase 1 residents who forget it.
Residents of Phase 1 who didn't pay the fee during the first 3 months of 2016, received this letter.
Some residents of Phase 2 asked our committee to do the same,
when residents of Phase 2 don't pay the 1300 baht monthly.

To whom it may concern.
I am a resident of Phase 2 house 142/109.
I am annoyed about receiving letters from Phase 1 with misinformation. The letter stated that rent had not been paid for a period of 6 years to Phase 1
on the office located adjacent to the swimming pool.
But Phase 1 minutes as quoted in their own news letter states that a motion in january 2016 (that phase 2 pay rent was adopted).
By my calculation that is a term of two months. I object most strongly to getting misinformation at my address.
I would also wish the committee of Phase 2 a hearty show of appreciation on the professional and efficient
manner in which they are conducting affairs on my behalf.

After the severe flooding last year, the Phase 2 Committee thought the Tessabaan can help us if we ask it nicely.
As you could read in our newsletter, the previous months there have been several meetings with architects
of the Tessabaan. Even the big boss of the Tessabaan came to our village to inspect the situation.
The Tessabaan also invited the committee and some residents to their office to explain possible solutions.
Today we got the confirmation of Tessabaan that they will help us.
Because the wall is difficult to reach with heavy machines, the Tessabaan will first make a way
through the collecting basin (see the orange line on the map).

FINAL PLANS OF THE OFFICE
After we published the first plans of our office, some residents asked us why we didn't also make a toilet
for our guards, so that they not always have to walk to the swimming pool.
It was a very good suggestion. That's why we asked the architect of the Tessabaan to make a new plan.
Today we received from the Tessabaan the approval of the new plan and the permission to start work.

100,000 BAHT EXTRA FOR THE OFFICE
During the General Meeting of Phase 2 in September 2014, our resident Eugeen promised the residents:
"If Phase 2 ever builds an office at our gate, I will sponsor 100,000 baht".
Eugeen didn't forget these words and keep his promise.
He and his wife Phranee gave 100,000 baht to the committee with the words:
"This is for our village, so that the committee can build an office for all our residents".
