FINAL PLANS OF THE OFFICE
After we published the first plans of our office, some residents asked us why we didn't also make a toilet
for our guards, so that they not always have to walk to the swimming pool.
It was a very good suggestion. That's why we asked the architect of the Tessabaan to make a new plan.
Today we received from the Tessabaan the approval of the new plan and the permission to start work.

100,000 BAHT EXTRA FOR THE OFFICE
During the General Meeting of Phase 2 in September 2014, our resident Eugeen promised the residents:
"If Phase 2 ever builds an office at our gate, I will sponsor 100,000 baht".
Eugeen didn't forget these words and keep his promise.
He and his wife Phranee gave 100,000 baht to the committee with the words:
"This is for our village, so that the committee can build an office for all our residents".

NEW OFFICE
Place where we want to build the new office of Phase 2
We hear that a former committee member of Phase 2 and a former committee member of Phase 1
are saying that our new committee didn't fight to keep our old office at the swimming pool.
We only can answer this:
1. Half a year ago, the Land Office said to us that it is an odd arrangement that a village (phase 2)
has an office in another village (phase 1);
2. The previous Phase 1 committee has never asked the residents of Phase 1
for an agreement to create a joint office on their ground;
3. During a general meeting, the residents of Phase 1 voted that Phase 2 has to pay rent
if we want to use their office. The residents of Phase 1 have the authority to decide this;
4. Last Sunday we had a meeting with the committee of Phase 1. We also invited the former committee member to come to this meeting. She didn't come.

MEETING PHASE 2 AND PHASE 1
A few days ago, the committee of Phase 1 locked the office.
Although the previous committee of Phase 2, has paid more than 59,000 baht for the construction of that office
in September 2013, the committee of Phase 1 want that Phase 2 pay 7500 baht rent monthly.
The chairman of Phase 1 explained that it is a decision of the residents of Phase 1 to ask for rent.
He also said that the previous committee of Phase 2 has built the office on the ground of Phase 1,
without permission from the residents of Phase 2. So it is built illegally and Phase 2 has nothing to say about it.
The Phase 2 Committee has said that we don't want to pay rent for the office and that we will move.
In addition, the committee of Phase 2 asked the money back which is invested.
After a long discussion, the committee of Phase 1 agreed to repay 40,000 baht.
The committee of Phase 1 will also pay back 19,000 baht to Phase 2 for electricity.
We may use the office till the 25th. Then we move temporarily to Soi 9 house 72.
Phase 2 will build a new office on the grounds near our gate.

Although the former Phase 2 committee has spend a lot of our money to build an office in the gym, the new committee of Phase 1 doesn't allow us to go inside.
They locked the door.

SECURITY AT THE GATE OF PHASE 2

During the last General Meeting of Phase 2, the great majority of the residents voted that every resident has to pay in 2016 300 baht extra monthly. With this extra money:
a. we have to make our village safer against flood;
b. and we have to arrange that not everyone can enter the village.
The past weeks, many residents asked the committee to implement a good barrier system at our entrance. The same way as Phase 1 is doing it now.
Starting today, the committee invites some firms to ask price for repairing the barriers and for a good sensor system.

Everybody knows the haunted house in Soi 11. In front of that house a jungle of plants... the home of snakes.
The committee has done everything possible to find the owner. But without result.
Tomorrow our workers will remove all the plants and dirt.

The husband informed us that it was desinformation that his wife sells vegetables at the market.

The past weeks, some residents of Soi 16 asked the committee to do something about the mess in Soi 16.
They told us that the owner of house 130 sells vegetables at the market,
and that she makes her garden on the street.
The committee members Tiu, Eugeen and Paw and some residents went to house 130 (Soi 16)
and asked the owner
to remove the pots and plants from te street.
The woman refused to listen. She shouted that it was her street and that she could do what she wanted.
The committee will send a registered letter, to ask them to empty the street within 7 days.
If they don't empty the street, our gardeners will do it.
Her husband understood the committee. He promises that the street will be clean.
